CASE:
BRUSTOR

Smarter campaign structure
for a multi-location retailer network.

  • Industry: Outdoor living / sun protection systems

  • Region: Germany

  • Project scope: Google Ads strategy, account restructuring, dealer-level campaign segmentation, location targeting and performance optimisation

  • Channels: Google Ads, campaign analytics and performance reporting

  • Main objective: Improve campaign control, budget allocation and local performance across the German retailer network

  • Key results: Stronger conversion performance and more efficient budget allocation through advanced account architecture, retailer-level segmentation and improved location targeting.

Brustor is a long-term client active in outdoor living and sun protection systems, with a retailer network that requires precise local campaign management. The existing setup came from a more classic agency structure, with limited digital marketing depth and less control over local performance.

Lion Pack redesigned the Google Ads strategy and rebuilt the account architecture around retailer level segmentation. For the German market, each retailer received its own account within a manager account structure, making budget management and performance optimisation much more precise.

This structure created better visibility on what was working by location and retailer. It also made it possible to identify inefficiencies, such as radius targeting around branches where the surrounding area had limited commercial potential.

The result was a more scalable advertising structure, stronger conversion performance and better budget allocation across the retailer network.
