Sipwell targets the Belgian market with a product that solved a clear everyday problem: easy access to drinking water at home and at work, without the effort of carrying heavy bottles from the supermarket. From the early launch phase, Lion Pack supported the brand with creative strategy, market expansion and campaign optimisation.
The campaigns introduced bold creative angles that stood out in the market and triggered strong reactions, discussion and engagement. This helped Sipwell gain attention quickly and turn social interaction into commercial momentum.
Lion Pack also supported expansion into new audience segments, including elderly consumers who could benefit strongly from home water delivery. This created a practical, benefit-driven communication angle focused on convenience, health and ease of use.
Through historical data analysis, visual assets were further refined based on audience response. Insights such as different preferences for product colour visuals helped improve campaign relevance and contributed to stronger conversion performance.
